Visit Fort Loudoun State Park near Vonore for their 18th Century Christmas Garrison.  The Visitor Center is open 10 AM to 4:30 PM, and the Candlelight Tour is from 6 PM to 7PM.

Included during the day: 

Cooking, laundering, blacksmithing, and artillery drills. They will have a Christmas Service, and wassail tasting. The infirmary, barracks, and the Commander's quarters will be open. There will also be an encampment of Cherokee.

In the evening, 6 PM to 7PM will be the Candlelight Tour of the Fort, and they will have a canon firing at night, which doesn't happen often.

The Candlelight Tour is beautiful. You really don't want to miss it. If it's the same as previous years, you do not have to show up right at 6 PM. Also, the path to the museum is paved, but the path to the fort is packed dirt.
